Last night at 3:30 am Mike was sweet enough to pack up the kids in the snow and come pick me up at the hospital. I was exhausted and decided to leave Kaidence on her own. That's right, I slept in my own bed.

Not much has happened today. I can't decide if that is good or bad. We have been very blessed by others. We received a phone call today from church headquarters. President Monson was asking if we would allow him to come and give Kaidence a blessing. WE of course said that would be wonderful. He has had an emergency come up so he is sending Elder Child and we are so very thankful for their love and concern. She has had many beautiful blessings and we are still praying for a miracle. Thank You to everyone for all of your prayers and support, even those of you that we do not know. Thank You.

Tomorrow Kaidence has an echo scheduled for the morning. We will keep our fingers crossed.

Shauntelle and Mike, Every time I read your notes it makes me cry. I feel that this whole experience has brought us all so much closer. I feel of our Saviors love, and I know that he understands and feels the pain that Kaidnece is experiencing. And that he is very aware of what you and Mike are going through. I know that the Atonement becomes even more real as you experience these trials in your life.
As I was writing this all I could think of is the song in our Hymn book call Our Savior's Love

Our Saviors love Shine like the sun with perfect light, As from above It breaks through clouds of strife. Lighting our way, It leads us back into his sight, Where we may stay To share eternal life.

The spirit voice Of goodness, whispers to our hearts A better choice Than evil's anguished cries. Loud may the sound Of hope ring till all doubt departs. and we are bound to him by loving ties.

Our Fathers God Of all creation, hear us pray In reverence, awed
by thy son's sacrifice. praises we sing. We love thy law; we will obey. our Heavenly King, In thee our hearts rejoice.

May you continue to stay strong and faithful, and have peace knowing that you are doing all that you can, and it's up to our Heavenly Father can do the rest. Love You, Aunt Deb

Shauntelle and Mike. I think about you all day and night. I'm praying daily for you and Kaidence to be blessed with more strength and courage than you thought you could have. Shauntelle, I have no doubt that your grandma is very close by, giving Kaidence all the encouragement she needs to be strong and to fight. (Maybe she is even telling her about the time we all got together and made a cake!)
You know I'll be there anytime you need me. McCaden and Cambden are welcome in my home anytime. Please let me help you in any way I can.
Your Friend,
Lori and Family
