Well, as with any up must come some downs. Kaidence has been very agitated today. She just did not seem very happy. She started throwing up formula last night. Her NJ feeding tube which is in her intestines to keep her tummy empty was accidentally pulled up to be an NG (allowing the food to go into her tummy). Her stomach has not had food in it since the first of October and could not handle the sudden quantity of food. They moved the tube back down to an NJ and that seemed to fix that problem. Today her heart rate has been very high and they cannot figure out why. They did an EKG and x-ray and did not see anything obvious. Tonight they will do an echo to be sure that her right heart is doing ok. I hope that tomorrow will be better.
Thank You once again for all of your fasting and prayers.

Opposition in all things! Hang in there and you feel better Sweet Kaidence. Love you all!
Shauntelle,
After getting this address from Denise Smoot a dozen times and seeing the picture of your cute family in the newspaper and being prompted a thousand times to come see you at the hospital I think it is time to let you know how much I have been thinking about you. What great challenges you have faced! It seems like just yesterday we were sitting in Mia Maids talking about boys, dating, marriage and life. I am so amazed at what you have had to do but so confident that the Lord knew just who he was sending this special spirit to. I hope and pray that you and your family are feeling of our love and especially your Heavenly Father's love. We are praying for your sweet baby and when you have a moment please let me know how you are doing.
Much Love
Tracey
I know that it is tough watching your sweet Kaidence, with all the ups and downs that do occur from day to day or for that matter from hour to hour sometimes, but this a trial that you can learn so much from, always keep the faith and know that there are many people praying for Kaidence and your family. May the lord watch and bless your family with the strength to endure.
Hugs and Prayers,
Mike, Rebecca & Brinley Patton
